Manufacturing Process
At Texon Packaging, we follow a technologically advanced and quality-focused production process:
The cylindrical body is extruded using specially designed extruder-die systems and cut to the desired size.

Top and bottom lids are produced using high-pressure injection molding machines.
↓
The lids are securely welded to the cylindrical body using specialized welding equipment.
↓
Each drum undergoes rigorous leakage testing using pressurized air testing machines.
↓
Custom branding is applied through multi-color screen printing or HTL printing based on customer artwork.
↓
Finished products are carefully packed and dispatched.
